Literature heels you mood! BUT HOW!


 A frustrated mind leads to frustrated you. There are many times when you feel demotivated or slow at work. You try to figure out the main reason behind it but generally, there isn’t any specific reason to feel unhappy. Our body needs rest and it can’t be forgotten that our whole life is on track because your body is functioning properly. Feeling low is common to everyone. One of the best ways to relax your mind is to stop procrastinating. When your present isn’t giving you the thrust, being in past is the best way to involve yourself in happy vibes. Escaping reality is not good every time but when your mind urgently needs rest then it would be the best of all to get back to your happy moments. In the same term, reading literature can make you happy and can wash away your problems. 

  Pick out any short story or novel which you used to read in your early days and once again try to read it remembering the old self. You will feel that it would be mixed with many nostalgic memories. In my case, I find myself in my early teens, the middle school days when I had the passionate habit of reading fiction. You will definitely feel amazing to relive your past. You will relive your past days just after turning the pages. You can also start with reading textbooks. You will start to remember the days which had happened during that particular class when that chapter was taught for the very first time. Many times those pencil marks and sentences which were written on the last page of the book can also make us live in those moments. Reading your favorite story and that favorite lines will give you the strength to work better. 

  You can also apply these keys with your old letters. When you read old texts written by your loved ones written just for you, you will feel the essence of love they gave you. One of the best things about the letter, unlike the text forwards, is that those special words are just meant for you. Our mind needs love and attention and that is what your sweet memories give to you.  Find a comfortable position and start discovering your old self through people’s perspective with your letters. 

 An old newspaper makes you feel so lucky. Try turning the pages of the newspaper which was published last decade. You will feel the massive gap as well as your days at that time. Do you remember when was the first time you had accessed the internet, saw a website named Google, and felt amazing to know that the whole world is on your computer? You won’t feel sad after knowing the fact that you have developed your self so far till now. 

These are the things that you can apply to overcome your fear or useless sadness. Also, try to write a good note for yourself or for someone you feel so special. Writing just for yourself heels your low mood.
